logger is a digital care coordination platform for families and caregivers managing home care. The Service provides a shared care log for tracking medications, vitals, meals, appointments, and more.
3. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Reproduce, sell, or resell any portion of the Service

logger is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service is NOT a medical device and should never be used to make medical decisions.
The Service is a caregiving coordination and documentation tool only. All health-related data is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

6. User Content & Data
You retain ownership of all content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. We will not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, logger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any harm resulting from reliance on health-related data recorded in the Service.
